Stock Lens — Privacy Policy

Publisher: Pixelvault Labs
Last updated: 27 September 2026

Stock Lens is built on a simple principle: your business data is yours.

What we collect

Nothing. Stock Lens does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is no account system, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no remote server. Stock Lens makes zero network requests and requests no browser permissions at all.

What Stock Lens does with your CSV

The inventory file you choose stays on your device. It is parsed locally in your browser to compute days of cover, reorder timing, and suggested purchase quantities. Exporting a purchase plan writes a CSV file to your own downloads folder — nothing is uploaded anywhere, and no copy of your data is retained by the extension after you close it.

If you uninstall Stock Lens, there is no stored data to remove.

Permissions we request and why

None. Stock Lens declares no extension permissions and no host permissions. It cannot access your tabs, browsing history, or the content of any page.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will ship with the extension and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
